This page lists work VenSoc delivered as VenSoc. It does not list everything its engineers have built — some of that was done under agreements that do not permit it to be described, and it is not described.

The strongest evidence an engineering firm can offer is a system it has had to live with. Building for a client and owning your own architectural decisions for a decade are different disciplines.
CRM, freight operations and accounts in one system.
FreightW ERP
FreightW is a freight forwarding ERP that VenSoc built, owns and operates as a hosted service. It covers CRM, freight operations and full double-entry accounts in a single system. FreightW was built in 2015, launched commercially in July 2016, and is used today by six freight forwarding and logistics companies.

Meal-Kits
Meal-Kits is a complete meal-kit delivery web application built and owned by VenSoc. It covers the cuisine catalogue, portion sizing from two to ten people, allergy and spice information, cooking times, beverage add-ons, cart, checkout and customer accounts. It is offered as a productised platform to brand and launch rather than a bespoke build, and is not yet running for a client.

VenSoc built SinglesUnited.nl for a Dutch client in 2009–2010, then upgraded the same platform into Do-More.nl and DateMore.nl in 2018–2019, maintaining it continuously throughout. When the owner retired the brands in 2025, the software was handed to PostCovid NL, the Dutch patient organisation for long-covid, and runs today as ontmoetlotgenoten.nl — where people with post-covid find a buddy or an activity. Sixteen years on, the platform outlived the brand it was built for.

Implementation and custom module development on Odoo for two Australian clients, both of whom also engaged VenSoc for their commerce systems. Serving the ERP and the storefront for the same client is unusual for a firm this size, and it is where the integration work becomes straightforward rather than a project of its own.

Storefront development and continuing maintenance, delivered alongside the Odoo work for the same clients. The commercially interesting part is the overlap: almost nobody who can build the storefront can also own the ERP behind it, which is exactly where inventory and order synchronisation stops being someone else’s problem.

BJJ Coach is the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu association and academy of Professor Marcello Monteiro, headquartered in Indianapolis, with an international association membership and an online training platform of more than nine hundred techniques. VenSoc designed and developed the web platform and the iOS and Android apps that carry the sixteen-level curriculum, and maintains them.

TS Partners is a UK accounting and tax advisory firm serving sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, with offices in Wellington, Newton Abbot and Plymouth. VenSoc designed and developed the site on WordPress; the firm’s own staff publish its articles, and the site is maintained by VenSoc.

Namak is a Pakistani fine-dining restaurant in Alpharetta, Georgia, with online ordering. VenSoc designed and developed the web application — menu management, the ordering flow, and secure payment integration — on Laravel 9, with mobile responsiveness treated as the primary case because that is where restaurant orders come from.

Tools HQ manufactures automotive, marine and specialty cables and wire harnesses from Burlington, Ontario. VenSoc designed and developed the original eCommerce portal in 2019 on Magento 2 with PayPal integration, including theme customisation and performance work, and the relationship continues today.

Delivery Partners is a same-day, next-day and international courier and warehousing business operating from Newton Abbot, Devon, since 1990. VenSoc did not design this site — it took over ongoing support: bug fixes, performance and uptime monitoring, security updates and dependency management, and minor enhancements. Inherited sites are a normal part of the work, and this one is stated as such.

Why some of this experience has no project attached
Parts of the record above were earned under agreements that assign the work to the client and do not permit VenSoc to describe it. Those projects are therefore not described here, will not be described in a meeting, and will not appear in a proposal.
This is the same position as any engineer who has worked under an NDA: the projects belong to the companies that paid for them, and the knowledge belongs to the person who did the work. A supplier who would break that agreement for you would break yours for the next client.
What VenSoc can do is put the capability to work on your system, in front of you, at its own cost. That is what the technical review is for.
