What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of vensoc.com, operated by VenSoc Technologies of Plot #31, Block D, Faisal Town, Lahore 54770, Pakistan. By using the site you accept them.

They do not create a client relationship and they do not govern any project. Every engagement is governed by its own written agreement covering scope, price, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and termination. Where anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

Nothing here is an offer or a quotation

Service descriptions, engagement models and case material on this site are provided for information. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and no price on this site is a quotation. A quotation is issued in writing, for a defined scope, and is the only pricing VenSoc is bound by.

Availability, delivery timescales and the composition of any delivery team are subject to agreement at the time of engagement.

Accuracy, and the limits of what is claimed

VenSoc takes care that what is published here is accurate at the time of publication, and every metric on this site traces to a delivered system. Technical writing in particular ages: frameworks change, vendor behaviour changes, and a technique that was correct when written may not be a year later. Articles carry a publication date for that reason.

Nothing on this site is professional advice for your specific situation, and no outcome achieved for one client is a prediction of the outcome for another.

Intellectual property on this site

The content, design, code and brand assets of this website belong to VenSoc Technologies unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own business purposes, including quoting passages with attribution and a link.

You may not republish substantial portions as your own, sell access to them, or present VenSoc’s written material as the work of another firm.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to attempt unauthorised access, probe or scan its infrastructure, submit deliberately false enquiries, transmit malicious content, or place load on it intended to degrade availability for others.

Automated retrieval for search and AI indexing is explicitly welcome and governed by the published robots directives. If you are building an index or a model, the site is structured to make retrieval cheap; there is no need to crawl aggressively.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party websites, including client-facing products and professional profiles. VenSoc does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VenSoc excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on the information published here, including indirect and consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue or data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from an engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement, not by this page.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction. Individual client agreements frequently specify a different governing law and jurisdiction, and where they do, that choice governs the engagement.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The review date at the top of this page reflects the last substantive change, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.
